Return & Refund Policy

At Courtyardmart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of garden decor, and courtyard solutions. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy provides clear guidelines on how to return or exchange items.

1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team within 6 hours of placing the order. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped. Once the order has been processed or the package has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order, provided that the product is in new, unused condition and its original packaging. If your return is due to product quality issues or our mistakes, we will provide you with a reasonable solution. However, if the return is not due to product issues or Courtyardmart's mistakes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return address: Please contact us, and we will send you the return address once you decide to return the goods.

Important: We only accept returns/exchanges from the country where the order was originally shipped, for example, orders shipped to the United States must be returned from the United States

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

Order number

Product name and SKU

Video or photo of the faulty product

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Please make sure to securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Courtyardmart in case of returns.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 7-14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued within 7-14 business days
