2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure the timely delivery of your planters, and other outdoor products.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your outdoor living or garden decor shipment through the carrier’s website.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or refund as necessary.
6. Delivery to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we can only ship orders to a single address. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
7. Address Changes
If you need to update the shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped.
